Launch Pad products carry a limited 30 day warranty from date of purchase. This limited warranty is only valid with original proof of purchase. Launch Pad will repair or replace product if found to be defective as to workmanship or material and will be decided upon by the Launch Pad warranty service technicians.
This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from neglect, abuse, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
This limited warranty extends only to the original consumer who purchased the product directly from Launch Pad Gear or from an authorized dealer.
Unused defective merchandise may be returned within 10 business days of purchase for an exchange. Merchandise received after 10 days will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Proof of purchase is required for exchange.
Unused merchandise can be returned to Launch Pad within 10 business days of receipt for full refund or exchange. Customers who return product after 10 business days but within 20 business days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Launch Pad merchandise purchased from authorized dealer must be returned to the location from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
Launch Pad reserves the right to make decisions concerning the exchange policy on a case by case basis to ensure that premium customer service is provided.

Credit card refund please note: Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days. If a refund is due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express with a verifiable address. Sales Tax: State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the State of Utah.
Launch pad will make every effort to fulfill orders on the same day of placement using the shipping method chosen by the customer during checkout. Customers have the ability to choose a shipping method at checkout that will best satisfy their needs. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated and added to the total balance.
Launch Pad will send you an email confirmation as soon as your product has been shipped so that you can track your order.
Please provide us with a physical address as we do not ship to PO Boxes.
